what we do

making movements is a platform for artists of all kinds to ask: what would real democracy look (and sound, and feel...) like?

to build a shared imagination of a future that people can believe in.

we believe

• politics is broken and its tearing our world apart. until we change our political systems things will keep getting worse.
• it doesn't have to be this way. different systems are emerging around the world showing what real democracy would look like.
• politics is downstream of culture. to make change, we need to make the revolution creative, joyful and irresistible.
• practice not theory. we learn by doing, making and experimenting, together.
